Soon a separate project team called „JIM” (abbreviation of Mortgage Application Reform in Hungarian) was set up and became a part of daily operations within the bank,. The operation of „JIM” resulted in that a completely new mortgage management system is available for both credit intermedy agents and branch staff. The JIM team plans to further develop the system and expand its functionality in the long term.
Once the project, by now, the internal team is supported by one of our colleagues as Business Analyst. She supports the project manager in the planning of further developments, preparing business case descriptions, managing testing and monitoring the schedule of tasks. She also helps to build agile frameworks and group tools, as well as coordinates pre-release tasks.
