We participated in one of the biggest financial institution integration projects in Hungary as project managers and consultants in different areas: operation, corporate banking division, retail banking division, agricultural, HR, digitalisation and change management.
Our client merged several credit institutions in one integrated organisation, so the goal of the program was to develop the entire operation – processes, IT, corporate organisation, and proper communication of changes. Additionally our consultants took part in the work of change management, HR, stock-taking, product management and digitalisation.
